I started with the trial period and had a smooth experience, so I decided to upgrade to a paid plan. The service has been reliable, easy to set up, and delivered solid speeds throughout my usage so far.

Good service overall, only thing I’d say is the frequency of discount codes makes it hard to determine what is a good price for the service.

Super service, no breakdowns in the last year. If I had read my e-mails, I would have noticed in time that you had reminded me that my subscription was about to expire. Unfortunately, I also missed the Black Friday deal. Never mind, I'll renew anyway.

Not a lot of hype, they deliver what the promise. Appreciate the fact they offer a free trial so you know exactly what you are getting before you purchase. No reservations about recommending them especially with the try before you buy, so no surprises.

The service works reliably and always at the specified speed. Data is very complete. The retention of currently (as of January 2023) over 7-1/2 years (2,710 days) grows day by day. The price is really good for the performance offered. Can I recommend with a clear conscience.

Usenet Agency has been excellent to me. Of course you won't find every single article in the world, but it's incredibly fast and reliable; haven't noticed a second of downtime in the year I've used it so far.

Just checked UsenetAgency via the free account, very straightforward setup, good route to my ISP (here in .de), decent retention and completion. Really can't complain so far, it's what you'd expect. Thanks for the (quite generous 7 day) free test.

I have been a UsenetAgency user since January 2019, and I have to admit that at first I was a little skeptical about using an unknown service. But the monthly, non-auto renewing service charge convinced me to take a chance. I use the Junior plan with 25 connections and 40mbit speed. I find this is enough to max out my cable connection. The retention was good at the start, but has only gotten longer since then. Finally, I have noticed no down times, and the pricing is a great deal.
